Continuous development and adherence to quality standards is one of the most important ways to improve University institutions, which represents a roadmap for Mansoura University to achieve its futuristic ambitions. The UDC is one of the pioneering centers at Mansoura University, which aims to develop capabilities and skills of the teaching staff and their assistants, as well as students and administrators. Moreover, it encourages creative works of university affiliates to achieve academic and administrative excellence. This can be achieved through providing support to all the units of the university and highlighting the role of these actions in supporting University continuous pursuit to achieve its mission and to reach its vision according to the state’s strategic plan. The center provides integrated, high quality services in the field of training and continuous qualifying, translating, publishing, and statistical consultations. The center takes role in drawing the necessary futuristic strategies to develop the skills of teaching staff and university leaders, to achieve the highest levels of excellence and creativity in the fields of teaching, education and scientific research.
