In the light of Mansoura University vision and mission, and in coping with the university’s strategy and the global trends, the 2017-2022 university’s strategic plan, and the 2020-2022 strategic plan of the center, the University Development Center at Mansoura University seeks to achieve the following strategic objectives:

• Developing the capabilities of the faculty staff, leaders, and researchers (FLDP).
• Providing services and statistical consults to the targeted groups.
• Supporting, following up and executing university development projects.
• Providing translation service and publishing distinguished scientific researches.
• Scaling up the university systems of measurement and evaluation.
• Improving the quality of academic education outcomes.
• Continuous professional development and continuous qualification of university staff and workers in service and production sectors.
• Scaling up the efficiency of the University Development Center magazine.
