Program’s vision.
Adopting and applying the concepts and practices of continuous self-development of the professional skills of human resources and identifying the main challenges in the field of scaling up performance at Mansoura University.
Program’s mission.
The FLDP program at Mansoura University represents the most important mechanism in establishing a development process by developing and modernizing the academic and leadership skills of human resources at the university, because it is based on the most pillar resource in the educational process that is human resources at the university (teaching staff and university leaders).
Program’s objectives.
1- Scaling up and modernizing capabilities and development skills of the teaching staff, which enable them to improve the outputs and quality of performance at the university.
2- developing self-experience, that supports continuous development with all of its different activities that will achieve the continuity of developing the university’s human resources process.
3- Developing knowledge and professional and administrative skills of the university’s employees.
4- Providing an institutional mechanism for the university to achieve the quality of its human resources as one of the requirements for quality assurance and accreditation according to the approved international standards.
5- Contributing in developing the local and Egyptian human resources by providing distinguished training products for the Egyptian and Arab organizations.
6- Modernizing leadership and administrative skills of the academic and administrative leaders, which enables them to achieve the required change.
7- Developing university human resources that will provide additional funding for the university, which will help in funding training and continuous development activities for teaching staff and employees at university.
