On Thursday, April 18, 2024, the activities of the Training of Trainers Course (T.O.T) approved by the Supreme Council of Universities and affiliated to the National Center for Training and Leadership Preparation in the Supreme Council for Universities held in the University Development Center at Mansoura University (UDC).

Under the patronage of  the Minister, Professor / Mohammed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research , Professor / Mustafa Rifaat, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities, Professor. Sharif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, Professor/ Tariq Ghalwash, Vice President of Mansoura University for post graduate studies and research, and the supervision of Professor/ Mohammed El-Alfy, UDC Director , Professor/ Ashour Omri, Director of the National Center for Training and Leadership at the Supreme Council of Universities, Professor / Islam Al-Saeed, Director of the Adult Education Center at Ain Shams University and Dr. Samah Elsaid, UDC Deputy Director - and Assistant Professor/ Abdul Rahman Mujahid Director of the Continuing Education & Capacity Unit.

Professor. Tariq Gloush praised the excellent role of the Center for Knowledge and Electronic Services, as well as the National Center for Training and Preparation of Leaders and New Experience for Capacity Building in the Field of Training, pointing out the University's keenness to achieve the leadership in the field of training for its staff from the faculty members in accordance with the quality policies of Mansoura University which is considered The first Egyptian university to receive a certificate of accreditation, in order to achieve the strategic goals of UDC in providing exceptional training services to the university’s staff.

The activities of the first day of the training began with a series of theoretical lectures and practical workshops, which were given by Professor Dr. / Ashour Omri, Professor Dr. / Islam Al-Saeed and a number of instructors accredited by the center.

The Training program is coordinated by Ms. Samar Schuman , UDC officer of the Continuing Education & Capacity Unit , Ms. Mona Nazmy, the coordinator of TOT courses at the National Center for Training and Numbers of Leaders, Mr. Mohamed Al-Saeed, the coordinator of TOT program at the National Center for Training and Preparation of Leaders in the Supreme Council of Universities
