19th Executive Committee Meeting for IT Training
on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
This meeting served as a forum bringing together all Faculty and Leadership Development Centers , Digital Training Centers, and Digital Transformation Units across public, national, and private universities, as well as representatives from governorate directorates, to discuss all matters related to the Fundamentals of Digital Transformation Certificate (FDTC) — one of the key requirements for faculty promotion, as well as for obtaining Master’s, PhD, and postgraduate diploma degrees.
The meeting was attended by representatives of 90 accredited centers across Egypt that provide training and examination for the FDTC program, with nearly 120 participants including center directors, deputy directors, coordinators, and trainers.

The event also included a special recognition ceremony organized by the University Performance Development Center to honor both the Central Unit for IT Training team and the outstanding staff members of the University Performance Development Center for their efforts and contributions.
Hosting this important meeting aligns with Mansoura University’s strategic plan and the University Performance Development Center’s vision to enhance the national digital transformation framework, aiming to expand digital literacy training not only among faculty members and teaching assistants but also among students and administrative staff.

Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting, held in April 2025 and hosted by Tanta University.

Review of training center performance for programs qualifying participants for the Digital Transformation Fundamentals Certificate (DTFC) during the first half of 2025.

Presentation of new decisions regarding the activation of training and examination processes for DTFC programs.

Reports on follow-up and reaccreditation visits conducted for training centers in Egyptian universities and institutions.

Launch of the new official website for the Central Unit for IT Training and designation of centers participating in the pilot phase of electronic payment implementation.

Discussion of proposals related to the authentication of the DTFC certificate by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for those who may need to use it abroad.
